Starting January 21, 2025, Cisco’s CyberOps certifications will transition to Cisco Cybersecurity certifications, featuring new exam topics focusing on AI-related concepts.

 

No, the Cisco CyberOps Associate certification is not being discontinued. It simply remained. The exam name and code remain unchanged and candidates must still pass the required exams to earn the certification. 

If you recertify by January 20, 2025, you’ll receive the current CyberOps certification. After January 21, 2025, you’ll gain access to the updated cybersecurity certification. 

Cisco CyberOps professionals in the United States can expect to earn an average hourly wage of $58.71, translating to an annual salary of approximately $122,108 as of January 2025.
